Feel connected
Meditating together or individually is an effective way to feel connected with one's surroundings.
When we hold the same space and awareness, we build something together. Participants get to feel connection with others in a way that transcends words. Despite individual differences, we start to experience that we have more in common than the differences we see. This sets the stage for positive and necessary conversations.
We start our meditation with a common goal or value. Then we sit together, holding the context within us. There will be guidance when needed. Having a common meditation practice is a great way to feel belonging and be apart of something greater than ourselves.
